Timing

I ship all orders UPS Next Day Guaranteed before 12 noon. Certain remote areas will be delivered a little later.

Guarantee

All orders are guaranteed live on arrival even if there is a delay in shipping beyond my control. If, in the unlikely event that a piece arrives dying or dead, you must contact me within 3 hours of delivery.

Please take a clear digital photo showing the piece. Once the piece is declared dead by Three Suns Coral, you will be issued the same piece on your next order or if a replacement is not available, you will receive a full credit for a future order.

We do not offer refunds, only store credit.
